Our National Food Manufacturing client is recruiting a permanent Internal Recruiter on initially a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for all of the internal recruitment of permanent salaried and hourly staff across the 5 sites of the company.

The Job

Working Monday Friday 8.30am-5pm, your main responsibilities will include:

Liaising with hiring managers to get authority to recruit sign offs, compilation of job descriptions and creation of job adverts
Placing adverts onto job boards, social media, and the company web site
Managing the whole process from advertising, tele screening, face to face interview, and offer
Managing a small recruitment budget
Liaising with the recruitment agencies and negotiating terms
The will be some travel between sites, expenses will be paid for.

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes:
Previous recruitment experience of a variety of job roles, either gained by working for a recruitment agency or as an in-house / internal recruiter
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills verbal or written
IT literate
Team player
Able to drive with own transport
Able to start work immediately

Up to £35,000 per annum
