About the role

* Develops and maintains effective relationships with customers by exceeding expectations.
* Drives Company vehicles in a safe manner, in accordance with current road and traffic legislation
* Reports any damage or incidents that occur on the road to the Manager
* Maintains accurate documentation and obtain customer's signatures upon delivery
* Ensures all customer queries are handled quickly and efficiently
* Reports all defects and maintains the delivery vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition, both inside and out

About you

* Full valid and clean UK driving licence is essential.
* License must have been held for a minimum of 4 years
* Previous experience as a Valeter is essential
* Able to drive manual and automatic vehicles
* The ability to manage multiple customer requirements simultaneously
* A polite, helpful and reassuring manner
* Excellent communication skills
