Excellent opportunity for a Site Managers in Croydon. Experience of delivering traditional build residential projects required. £58 - £60k plus package. Permanent opportunity.

We are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager on a permanent opportunity with a regional developer with an excellent reputation for quality and delivery . They pay well, build to achievable programmes, insentivise their staff and have a solid and reliable sub contract supply chain who deliver the quality they require.

They are looking for some one that lives in the Borough of Croydon, so anyone living within these boundaries who has experience of residential new build will be considered.

The project is the new build of 18 resi apartments in six separate traditional blocks. It's a project for a Housing Association so some experience of HA new build will be a benefit.
