Quantity Surveyor

A unique opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a medium sized main contractor projects in Central London and across Kent. The specific requirement would be for a dynamic, motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join this successfully expanding commercial team Bromley.

The Company

Medium sized main contractor based in Bromley that specialises in commercial and residential new build with most of their projects in Central London. With a fantastic commercial team in place they are a growing brand that is well renowned for the delivery and completion of their projects in a timely fashion at tier one industry standard.

The Role

* Good knowledge of all forms of contracts
* Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements
* Manage / understand financial reports and final accounts
* Commercial skills, maximizing value recovery, cost control and cash management
* Contribute to achieving the appropriate commercial result through the provision of accurate financial reporting
* Experience in commercial management of sub-contractors, including chairing regular meetings, valuations and final account negotiations.
* Strong Construction technology knowledge
* Identify, secure and deliver the business forecasts
* Build strong relationships at all levels

Role: Quantity Surveyor / Permeant

Location: London

Sectors: New Build, Refurb, Fit Out, Commercial

Values: £500k - £15m +

Salary: £45,000-£55,000
