Yard Operative / Forklift Driver - Counterbalance

Purfleet, Essex

Starting: ASAP

£8.50 per hour - weekly pay
(whilst on probation then your salary increases)

Our Client is looking to expand its storage / yard operation in Purfleet by recruiting an experienced Forklift / Yard Operative. The company is an established & professional outfit that is looking for a confident Forklift driver as well as someone who picks up and retains new information, yard/stock layouts, coding/pick notes quickly.

This role will be an ongoing position however after 3 months your salary will be reviewed/increased.

You will be operating/driving a counterbalance forklift - experience/license is essential.

The position is a 50/50 job and offers the flexibility to the role and not being mundane and repetitive. Working as part of a busy team you will become an integral part of the picking & loading chain. It can also include "odd-jobs" on site and will be working a muddy/dirty environment so you need to be non-adverse to these conditions.

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday's - 1hour lunch break broken down for you.
