Quality Improvement Specialists Elderly Care Homes
Witney, Oxfordshire
Circa £38,000 per annum plus car allowance

Are you an experienced Manager within elderly care with excellent leadership skills with a proven track record in using quality improvement methodology to improve care and ensure compliance?

Do you a have in-depth understanding and knowledge of CQC standards and regulations?

TTM Healthcare is currently working with a not-for-profit care provider that has a number of homes all situated throughout the Midlands. They provide elderly and dementia care, both residential and nursing, and pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of person-centred care.

At present they are seeking Quality Improvement Specialists to work throughout their portfolio of services improving the quality of life for their elderly residents. You will work as part of the Quality Team alongside the Head and the Director of Quality.

Requirements;

- Experience within a Quality Manager role
- Developed strategic leadership and motivational skills
- Track record of delivering a range of quality improvement programmes
- Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulations
- Car driver with full driving license

For this role my client is looking to pay circa £38,000 per annum plus car allowance.
