The company have developed a strong client based in the healthcare sector off the back of their exemplary projects delivery. They work with a number of high profile main contractors and have worked on a number of care home and retirement village projects across the UK. Due to an impressive order book of work and structured growth plans they are looking to secure a well-rounded and talented mechanical design engineer. The Directors currently outsource the mechanical design to local consultancies and are looking to take control of the design process and invest heavily in building a design team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for design of all mechanical services on new build care homes and retirement villages with mechanical projects values circa £1 million. The Design engineer will liaise with contractors and clients, along with attending site and design meetings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experienced in design of mechanical services in either a consultancy or contractor environment, and be conversant with the latest UK building regulations.

The Directors have grown an impressive and successful business and this role comes at an important time for the company in relation to the future growth plans, and the successful engineer will be given the platform to help steer the growth and future success of the business

Price / Salary: £40000 - £45000/annum
