Ashberry Recruitment are currently recruiting for social workers to join a Family Support Team in Greater Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a social work setting improving partnership working and providing a multi-agency response to children in need including those in need of protection. The client is committed to attracting, retaining and developing a diverse and skilled workforce to support Children, Young People and their families.
The Family Support Teams work with children and young people and their families following an initial assessment. The team strives to support children and young people within their own homes. It undertakes core assessments, provides family support, manages child protection and initiates care proceedings where necessary.
Applicants must be HCPC registered social workers with experience of child protection.
Access to their own vehicle and be available at reasonable short notice is essential.

Price / Salary: £25.02/hour
