Our client is a UK manufacturer of safety devices designed to protect personnel who work alone.

They now need to recruit a Production Manager for their high pressure Sheffield facility to lead the production team. Areas of particular importance are: scheduling, data analysis continuous improvement and change management.

You must:

Have had exposure to operational leadership in a manufacturing environment and be able to demonstrate experience of this, colleague management, peer-level influence and upward management.

Be degree educated

Possess excellent attention to detail

Able to handle change

Possess a clean driving license and be willing to fly

Be proficient in MS Office

Salary: £40-44k + car + pension + health
