I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator working for a merchandising company who supply merchandise for bands and artists. The purpose of this role is to support with customer queries.
This is a full time temporary permanent position working Monday Friday 9am 5:30pm based in Warwick paying £9 per hour.
Main duties for the Customer Service Administrator:
Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, email or social media
Respond promptly to customer enquires
Provide pricing and delivery information
Process orders, applications, forms and requests
Keep customer records up to date
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements:
Must have previous Admin or Customer Service experience
