Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with London North West Healthcare NHS Trust to search and select a highly proficient individual to join their Capital team as a Senior M&E Project Manager

Reporting to the Head of Estates and Capital Projects, the post holder will lead on all aspects Engineering Design projects from inception to completion included generators, ventilation plants, steam distribution, HV/LV electrical distribution, heating systems, cooling systems, medical gases, lifts, domestic hot and cold water generation and distribution.

The post-holder will be accountable for the projects under their care and will supervise in-house resources, external Consultants and Contractors in the successful delivery of these projects. Act as the Trusts specialist for all engineering and maintenance design matters giving professional advice on such issues as, energy management and building services.

The post-holder will ensure that all projects meet benefit criteria and objectives (generally set out within the Business Case) as well as fit with the Trust Estates Strategy

To succeed in this role, the post holder will have a proven track record of delivery, be an inspiring and empowering line manager, must be technically competent and be a self-motivated, pro-active individual with strong time management and organizational skills. He/she will have excellent communication, influencing and contract negotiation skills

Price / Salary: £53561 - £64686/annum
