Governance Data Officer
Full time 39 hours per week up to £17,500 depending on skills and experience

Community Outpatients is an award winning Healthcare Provider in the UK and is offering candidates an exciting opportunity to join a successful expanding team working within the NHS.
As a Governance Data officer you will be accountable for maintaining/updating the accuracy of patient data, quality of data and be responsible for version control of the reports allocated to measure performance and progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis of data on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all necessary information is provided to the Governance Data Quality Manager in a timely manner to ensure they can report to the Board effectively.
Ensuring guidelines are followed for each service.
Working closely with the IT department and Referral management centre for effective progression of patients.
Liaising with patients with sensitive medical history.
Tracking and reporting of patient stages.
Ensuring that quality of data is accurate and internal/external audit findings are shared with other sites and followed up appropriately.
Completing quality checks.
Collaborating with Director of Operations, Head of Governance and
Governance Data Quality Manager to ensure that site issues are dealt with appropriately and communicated with the idea to improve the process.
