Our Client has provided specialist bespoke IT infrastructure to a vast range of Clients for multiple decades.
Our Client continues to grow due to the broadening of their solutions, ensuring the applications, and those from third parties, are tuned and secured across the networks. The infrastructure our client provides results in them meeting their goals and improvements that customers desire.
This role is based in a comfortable, Client facing office which includes break rooms, workshops and Client meeting and presentation suites, promoting a stimulating, productive and enjoyable working environment.

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, using this knowledge to design, develop and implement systems.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service apps.
Experience/desire to learn the Dynamics 365 Field Service app.
Understanding of SCRIBE, ClickDimensions, Dynamics 365 Portals, PowerApps or Flow.
Strong sales techniques.
Assist clients to formulate and articulate their business requirements and in translating these into systems requirements.
To work with clients at a strategic level, helping to shape business priorities and to determine the resultant systems requirements.
Document business and systems requirements in an appropriate format.
Responsible for pre-sales consulting in larger opportunities.
Understand business imperatives to consult with the client on how to shape projects to meet those imperatives

Price / Salary: £28000 - £38000/annum
