Salary: £18000 to £21000 per annum plus great benefits, including private healthcare

The successful service desk analyst will approach their work with a dynamic, proactive and customer-focused attitude and will be passionate about all things tech. Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting customer needs
* Daily management of the service desk, e.g. call logging, troubleshooting when necessary, etc.
* Travel to and from customer sites
Essential Experience Required:
* Previously worked within a technical customer service IT support role
* Worked within SLAs
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience:
* Relevant technical qualifications
* Basic understanding of Apple
* Good understanding of IT support principles
