An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales focussed individual to join our team in Cardiff.

As a recruitment consultant, your primary focus will be to develop new business opportunities for the branch, as well as expanding our existing client base. Effectively managing and building the relationship between our clients and candidates is the foundation of our business and your customer relationship management skills will be second to none.

IDEAL SKILLS:

* Sales and or recruitment experience
* Working to targets
* Excellent communication skills especially when dealing with clients and candidates
* A background in Business to Business sales or account management would be advantageous but not mandatory

The majority of your role will be gaining new business through direct calls to potential clients whilst maintaining and developing existing business with compassion and drive.
