Banking Assistant

Working in Banking Operations to support daily payment process for Europe producing and checking reports, data mining, handling email and Service Now (ticketing system) queries from customers. No external banking access is required.

Will use SAP, Service Now, Excel and Outlook on a daily basis training will be provided. Desire to want to dig into detail.
