Key responsibilities:
Advise on HR policies and procedures
HR reporting and metrics using excel spreadsheets.
Support Line Managers with employee relations advice, coaching and
casework
Support and advise client groups with recruitment and selection
Advise on employee learning and development propositions
Ensure effective and open communication with client groups and with
wider business stakeholders, developing collaborative trusted partner
relationships
The ideal candidate should have:
Generalist HR background with an excellent understanding of
contemporary HR practices
The ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external
relationships
The ability to communicate effectively influencing a broad spectrum of
key stakeholders
Organisational and time management skills with flexibility for change to
meet deadlines
High levels of integrity and confidentiality
Intermediate level proficiency with relevant software packages such as
M/S Word, Visio and Excel
CIPD qualification or equivalent (or working towards)
Price / Salary: £25000 - £26000/annum
