The Electrical Contracts Manager will be required to oversee contracts from handover of estimate to completion of project.
You will be working within high value contracts ranging from commercial to retail and domestic

Electrical Contracts Manager Position Overview
* Managing own contracts from initial handover to final account
* Reporting in to Company Director (Progress and Financial)
* Pre-Order Meeting with Clients and Contract negotiation
* Working on projects that range up to the value of £2m+

Requirements
* Electrical background
* Previous experience of the M&E construction industry
* Commercially astute
* Full driving licence
