Our client is a leading healthcare organisation with offices across East Anglia who are seeking to appoint a Head of Information Services to join their Cambridge based team. This role will report directly to the Finance Director.

The role will be targeted at candidates who have public sector experience (NHS) and are able to take Operational Lead for the delivery and management of Services across the business. The individual must be a natural business partner, capable of building relationships with internal and external contacts. Experience of managing outsourced Contracts would be highly advantageous.

This is an ideal role for someone working within IT at an Operational level who is seeking the ability to have full control over Projects, annual Budgets and future Technology investments. The Head of Information Services will input ideas and perspectives to the Board to achieve the businesses long-term goals and to ensure continual improvement. The role will also include managing current and approved Projects such as; Rollout of Office 365, Implementation of VOIP telephone systems and Design and resource the transfer of shared drives to a Cloud storage solution.
