Customer Focused Service Advisor for an Independent Service and MOT Centre
£20,000 - £24,000 DOE + Bonus
In North Kent
This is a demanding role so you must be very organised and work well under pressure. You will be expected to manage your day to ensure all customers receive the highest levels of customer service and any problems or issues that occur are dealt with swiftly and with a minimum of fuss, whilst always keeping your customers up to date with the progress of their vehicle.
You will need to be IT literate as a large part of your job will involve working on the diary system. You will also need to be a natural multi-tasker as you will be responsible for the progress of multiple vehicles through the workshop each day.
Key Skills
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
Knowledge of 1-Link
Computer literate
Ability to use initiative
Flexible approach to work
Ability to work as a part of a team
The job is based in Kent and our client would like you to have a daily commute you can carry out for the long term.
