Job title: Construction Estimator
Location: NW London
Contract: Fulltime / Permanent
Salary package: 30-40k depending on experience Company pension Holiday entitlement of 21 days + all public holidays/bank holidays.

My client are a customer focused Principal Building Company based in North West London, providing design & build construction management for prime residential & commercial properties. You will be required to:

Preparing bill of quantities
Checking supplier rates carefully
Sending out enquiries for quotes
Arranging Materials, Labour supply and equipment to complete projects.
Consistent with Building regulations
Tenders
Have knowledge and procedures of estimating
Assist in the process and tender reviews
Do take-off using estimating software and check off against client schedule information.
Handover tender information to the construction and surveying team
Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings when required
Liaise with technical representatives on products/plant
Involve in assessment of different options and solutions
Attend site meetings when required
Support senior staff
Adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training.
