Amour Recruitment are currently recruiting for this dynamic company who due to expansion are seeking talented desk based Media Sales professionals to join their award-winning New Business team.

To be successful in this role consultative business to business selling will be your forte and youll be a concept thinker, therefore a concept seller, adept at using an ROI argument to deliver your proposition.
You will ideally be from an advertising telephone sales background, across one or more channels, with knowledge of how these different channels complement each other and how they can be used to maximise response rates. Youll be familiar with the concept of the customer journey and will be able to drive campaigns throughout this lifecycle- from initial customer acquisition, through to development and retention.

The basic salary will be from £18k - £21k depending on experience with a further OTE of £9,800.
