A market leading engineering organisation who have just moved into their brand new production facilities have now got an exciting opportunity for CNC Setter / Operators to join their rapidly expanding team. You will be working in a fantastic, modern machine shop environment whilst producing macxhined parts by setting and operating a CNC machine.

Within this role you will:

* Plan machining by studying works orders
* Set up and run grinders by installing or adjusting fixed and rolling centres, tools, attachments, steadies and grinding wheels.
* Set up and run lathes/mills by installing and adjusting three or four jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets and fixtures
* Verify setting by measuring positions, first run part and sample work pieces
* Maintain specifications by adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
* Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

Ideally, you will have:

* CNC Milling / Turning / Grinding experience
* Used to working with Fanuc or Siemens 840D controls - ideal but not necessary
* Good communication skills, results driven and able to succeed under pressure
