My client based close to Uxbridge are recruiting for a distribution coordinator to work with their supply chain team, the role will involve reporting and analytical responsibilities along with project and operational tasks relating to distribution , logistics and order management .

1 Distribution support

* Manage weekly issue log call with affiliates and distributor. Escalate any issues where needed
* Support delivery of KPI's, cost and sales reports
* Engage in distribution projects where relevant
* Provide support & cover for Risk Management plan2. Supply chain support

* Prepare data on forecast accuracy, forecast variance and brand scorecard
* Run statistical ex-factory forecast and circulate to affiliate.
* Ensure timely return of data
* Provide business insights to SC planning team3. Business processes & reporting
*

* Prepare and send quota file to markets and distributor
* Prepare S&OP powerpoint deck on a monthly basis 4. Other activities
*

* As required, the role holder is expected to fully engage with colleagues, customers and participate in department activities
* Provide cover for distribution lead & customer service
