Clinical Lead Nurse
Altrincham
Salary £38,220 depending on experience
Full Time - 42 Hours mixed shifts

We are currently recruiting an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join the management team at a leading care provider.

For this service, we are searching for an individual who is clinically competent and has a strong clinical awareness to take the lead and manage the clinical processes within the home. Excellent leadership and communication skills are vital for this role along with a good working knowledge of CQC.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead to join the team and support the Home Manager with the day to day operation of the home. This role will involve managing and delegating to a staff team, identifying training needs and auditing / evaluating clinical procedures within the home.

Must have active registration with NMC
RGN/RMN
Experience of working in a supervisory role within an Elderly Nursing Home
Flexibility is required

Excellent salary of £38,220 as well as ongoing training also the company will pay the cost of your DBS.
