What do our Divisional Manager do?

The Divisional Manager will be an integral part of driving the company's future growth plans by being a motivating force for the Team and providing support where required.

How are we doing?

We are on course to bust £3 million in sales this year, made up of a team of 30 and looking to grow to 100+ in the next few years.

Healthcare is one of the hottest recruitment sector in the market with high demand for dedicated professionals.

We support both the private sector in achieving their business aims whilst supporting the public sector in maintaining our world class healthcare service.

What can you, as a Divisional Manager, expect to earn?

All commission is uncapped and you can expect to earn £47k per year.

Who you are:

Proven track record in permanent sales and previous TL experience
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Deep understanding of the healthcare sector is desirable
RDB sufficiency is desirable
Motivating and supportive leadership
