Service Advisor - Prestige Main Dealership - Droitwich

Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join an established franchise with a great Prestige brand in Droitwich. This dealership has a sizeable Aftersales department with a large workshop and separate P.D.I. centre.

The Role
As a Service Advisor you will be a key part of the business, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with workshop and retail customers face to face or over the phone. A Service Advisor will need to ensure that walk in and telephone customers are promptly dealt with, providing advice and communicating vehicle progress and any potential complications.

As an important part of a busy dealership my client require Service Advisors with experience and drive who wish to deliver an elite level of service whilst fulfilling the potential for great commission.

Role Requirements
To be a success in this role, you will have:

* Experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership
* Effective communication skills
* Commitment to delivering customer excellence
* A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
* An aptitude for learning technical information

Package

* £22,000-£25,000 Basic salary Dependent on your experience
* £28,000-£30,000 O.T.E.
* 8am-6pm Monday to Friday
* 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 4pm
