Job Title: Mobile Developer- Xamarin Platforms
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary- Up to £50,000

My client is a forward thinking business who puts IT in the forefront of the organisation, and see technology a real enabler to the organisation. Are currently looking for a Mobile Developer working on a Xamarin Platform to join their business.

Your key responsibilities will consist of:
Develop engaging mobile Windows/iOS/Android applications with C#, .NET, Azure and Xamarin platforms.
Work within a team comprising designers, business analysts, external developers providing guidance and feedback to other team members thought all phases of the project.
Document source code and developed solutions
Help in the specification and estimation stage with the confidence to meet supplied estimates.
Work with Mobile Team Lead and project delivery deal to scope, plan and manage all aspects of a project, such as the development, quality control, design, implementation, training and delivery.
Troubleshoot issues in existing or developed solutions and work with appropriate resources to resolve issues.

Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience working with Microsoft .NET development and with C# including broad knowledge of the Base Class Library.
Commercial experience with ASP.NET (HTML5, JavaScript frameworks), MVC, Web API, Azure, MS SQL Server.
An understanding of the native APIs for iOS, Windows Phone, Android.
An understanding of how to develop cross-platform for mobile.
Ideal candidate has previous experience developing mobile applications with one or more of the following: Xamarin, Cordova, Objective C, Swift, Java
Experience with version control systems and agile practices (TFS, Git, etc.)
