Jackson Hogg are pleased to be supporting our client, to recruit a French Speaking Customer Service Representative into their team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for receiving, handling and processing orders. The candidate will support both the UK and European region dealing with both customer and sales enquiries.
Fluency in English and French will be required for this position.
Responsibilities
Handling and processing orders
Monitor and report on key accounts
Management of dispatch, shipping, collections and logistics
Translation of Company Documents and Contracts
Provide price information when requested
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
The ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle a variety of tasks is essential
The ability to work effectively in a team, building effective working relationships
Answer inquiries on status of orders and follow through the commitments made to customers
Requirements
Fluent in French to mother tongue standard
Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Keen eye for detail
Enthusiastic, driven and keen to learn
Strong data entry skills and previous IT experience in word processing and/or spreadsheets
