THE COMPANY

Westray Recruitment Consultants is working with a Precision Engineering business based in Washington to search for a Horizontal Borer. You will need to be Time Served and a skilled borer to be considered for this role.

THE ROLE

- Programming and operating horizontal borers
- Adhere by all health and safety guidelines
- Ensure working area is kept tidy and safe from any hazard
- Work efficiently both within a team and individually

THE EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience of operating a horizontal borer in a machine shop environment
- Time served
- A reliable and committed working attitude
- A demonstrable wok history with a good awareness of engineering principles
- Strong team player
- A flexible working approach.

THE CONTRACT

This is a temporary position working a minimum of 38 hours per week. Shifts include Mon-Thurs 8-4:30pm and Fri 8-2pm

THE SALARY

This position is paying £10.73 per hour.
