Ionic is currently conducting a search on behalf of a new build housing developer who delivers a product that ranges from social housing right up to luxury, one-off, high spec houses. Owing to £100m worth of work due to start over the next few months they are currently seeking driven and passionate Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join their friendly and close-knit team.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the company are seeking an experienced, degree (or equivalent) qualified Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has a proven track record of working on New Build Housing projects or a Quantity Surveyor who has a main contracting background and is looking to make a move into the new build housing industry

With another £100m worth of work in the pipeline which is set to begin once planning has been granted the growth looks set to continue. They are an ambitious and entrepreneurial company who will look to grow their turnover by 166% next year.
