Coulter Elite Resourcing - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service/Sales Advisors for our client based in Canary Wharf

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced German Speaking Customer Service/Sales Advisors to join an established company who are specialists in their field.

As German Speaking Customer Service/Sales Advisors you will offer holiday packages to European customers both online and over the phone. Suitable candidates will be either native/fluent German and have good English language skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for customer service and a natural ability to influence sales.

Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
* Handle service requests in the applications system
* Generate sales through understanding customer needs
* Cancel, modify or confirm visits already sold
* Upsell additional products, services and extended stays
* Assist customers on live chat with enquiries about the product and website bookings.

Key Competencies:

* MUST be a German speaker or to native level

* Good written and verbal English language skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* A background in travel/leisure reservations is desirable
* A natural ability to drive sales
* Professional and emotionally resilient.
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent multi tasker
* Experience in a previous customer service or sales roles

This is a Full time, Temp to Perm position, offering £9 -£10 per hour + commission and other benefits (hourly rate increases by £0.50 per hour every 6 months) 20 days holiday rising to 25 days + bank holidays

Hours: 37.5 per week, between the hours of 8am - 10pm Monday - Sunday. Standard Office hours are between 8am and 8pm. Hours each week will be as per rota.
