Our client is seeking a Setting Out Engineer to purely work in the North East of England covering a broad range of civil engineering and infrastructure project including commercial, industrial, water and housing groundworks packages.
Our client has been trading since 2006, has a turnover circa £6 Million per annum and mainly operates as a sub contract although they do sometimes operate as a principle contractor. The work they undertake ranges from new road construction, sewers, surfacing, RC concrete, drainage, underground tanks and general hard and soft landscaping.
We are seeking a Site engineer that is ideally HNC qualified hold a valid CSCS card and can operate Lieca robotic total stations and use volumetric calculation software (not essential). The duties of the role will include but not restricted to:

Setting out civil engineering works
Control and monitoring of HSEQ
Temporary Works
Quality assurance
Updating weekly Programme of works
Assisting in supply Chain
