Finance Business Partner
Andover
£40,000 £50,000 plus benefits

This is a key business partnering role to act as the primary contact and coordinator for Central Business Units forecasting and reporting.

Were looking for someone to provide timely and relevant financial management information, assisting stakeholders to understand business performance as well as coaching leaders to develop credible forecasts and decision making.

Youll be involved with providing financial and decision making supports to commercial opportunities identified and proactively develop business improvement options.

Youll also be the primary contact for the production and publication of the monthly board reporting liaising with business unit managers and providing critical feedback and analysis as required.

What were looking for:

Strong Financial analysis skills
Strong organising and workload planning ability
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, able to influence at all levels
Coaching and collaboration skills
Recent experience in the financial services industry
Advanced knowledge of Excel including consolidation and financial modelling ability
Experience of Oracle Hyperion Planning an advantage
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA,ACMA etc.) or Qualified by Experience, where in either case relevant Finance Business Partnering experience can be demonstrated
