Finance Business Partner Hyperion

£40,000 £50,000 plus benefits

Were looking for a Finance Business Partner to work in close partnership within the business to support the development and automation of financial reports using Hyperion reporting functionality, supported by the Finance Systems team.

Youll play an important part supporting stakeholders to understand business performance as well as coaching leaders to develop credible forecasts and decision making.

Youll also be involved with providing financial and decision making support to commercial opportunities identified as well as developing business improvement options.

What were looking for:

Strong Financial analysis skills
Strong organising and workload planning ability
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, able to influence at all levels
Coaching and collaboration skills
Oracle Hyperion Planning, previous experience developing and automating financial reports, utilising Hyperion reporting functionality (e.g. Smartview, Financial Reporting Studio).
Recent experience in the financial services industry
Advanced knowledge of Excel including consolidation and financial modelling ability
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA,ACMA etc) or Qualified by Experience, where in either case relevant Finance Business Partnering experience can be demonstrated
