Octago Group are Currently Seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role in Crawley.
This will be an office based role but you will be required to attend sites as and when it requires.

To be successful in this position, you must have the following experience:

* Strong background in Structural steel/steel frame projects
* Strong background in metalwork
* Cladding experience would be advantageous but not essential
* Previous track record of running teams of Surveyors & estimators
* A minimum of 7 years experience as a QS
* Vast experience in cost estimating, consulting, planning & Control
* Must have experience in producing Bill of Quantites & Tender documents
