Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of advising customers on the available model range and suitability according to customer requirements. In addition, you will be required to guide the customer through the entire process, including selling additional products, arranging test drives, and completing all relevant dealership paperwork.
Responsibilities
Sales of vehicles to customers
Generating new, and maintaining repeat business
Sales of additional items to suit the customers needs
Adhering to all the Dealership and Manufacturer requirements associated with your role
Maintaining customer satisfaction scores as set by the manufacturer
Skills required
Sales experience
Great customer service skills
Computer literate
Negotiating skills
A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive sector
