Depot Facilities Maintenance Manager

£28,000 - £32,000 D.O.E

The Company:
A reputable, nationwide Facilities Management organisation are seeking to acquire a Facilities Maintenance professional to work within a single site based in Birmingham. With a full turnkey of maintenance and engineering services to their clients with a strong foothold in the retail sector, they also boast a range of continuous professional development training programmes for staff.

The Job:
To monitor the Facilities Maintenance for a single depot site.
Planned and reactive maintenance support within suitable time-scales.
Work as part of the Facilities Management team to monitor task volume.
Ensure statutory compliance and report issues.
On call rota and shift work.

Your Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have come from a background maintaining commercial property as a Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager, Building Surveyor, Compliance Manager ideally with a mechanical or electrical background.
Ideally have a recognised qualification such as CIOB, NEBOSH, IOSH, BIFM.
Multi-skilled technical abilities would be advantageous, such as joinery, plumbing, decorating and joinery.
Previous experience in a Facilities Management role.

In Return:
A salary circa £28,000 - £32,000 D.O.E
