Project Manager - New Build Car Showroom

Freelance starting 13 November 2017 for 43 weeks

£260 - £280 per day (dependant on experience)

Overview:

Project Manager required to work on a New Build Car Showroom in Tonbridge, Kent.

The Company:

They are recognised main contractor that is based out of the midlands and works nationwide working on new build and refurbishment's, covering Car Showroom, Commercial and Industrial sectors with project values from £750k to £7m, they currently have the need for a Project Manager.

Project:

Project Manager is to oversee a new build Car Dealership, with a value of £6.5million, new build steel frame, front glass façade and brick work, and full high end internal fit out in Tonbridge, Kent, enabling works start 13 November with ground works starting 27 November 2017.

Role:

The Project Manager must be able to oversee the build phase and on to complete the internal refit of the project through to completion, dealing with all Health and Safety, sub-contractors and associated paperwork throughout the project. General day to day issues, quality and programme, with a visiting Contracts Manager.

Essential Skills:

* Previous Car Showroom Experience
* CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS
* Project Managers must have experience of new build with values from £5 million +
