Our retained client is a popular 2AA Restaurant with an excellent reputation set in the beautiful Essex Countryside close to Colchester. They are looking for an aspiring Restaurant Supervisor to come on board and join their team. This busy foodie destination prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local produce. The venue has an 80-cover restaurant and 40 cover function suite.

Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years experience in a rosette level establishment
Customer orientated and excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of fine wines and general bar duties
Experience cashing up and delegating staff duties
Capable of carrying three plates and clearing five
Eager to surpass the high standard already set at this venue
