Position: Kitchen Sales Designer - Luxury Kitchens

Location: Worcester, Worcestershire

Salary: £24k Basic + uncapped commission OTE £80k, pension, 28 days holiday, additional company benefits and training

The Role: Kitchen Sales Designer

Our client is looking for an ambitious and talented kitchen sales designer to join their team based in their stunning showroom in Worcester.

Responsibilities of Kitchen Sales Designer include:
Selling a range of luxury bespoke handmade kitchen furniture
Converting warm leads into sales and achieving sales targets
Project management from initial enquiry with client, overseeing installation, site-visits
Designing and presenting using CAD and closing sales
The Candidate: Kitchen Sales Designer
An ambitious and driven person who is looking to be part of a huge brand with a family feel to the business where success is recognised and rewarded.
Previous experience in a sales environment with a track record of achievement
A desire for Sales, Design and Project Management in the kitchen industry
Target driven and sales focussed
an eye for detail, bright eyed and can-do attitude

All Kitchen Sales Designers will be given full training and provided with an excellent training and mentoring program not only on introduction to the company but ongoing throughout their career.
