Healthcare Recruitment Resourcer

Estio Healthcare is a specialist care provider of health and social care staff across the North of England. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our team and grow and develop our branch in Durham.

Within this position you will grow and manage the recruitment needs within the North East and liaise closely with the bookings consultant to identify recruitment needs.

You will be actively sourcing nurses, carers and support workers to register with the agency and ensuring they complete the recruitment process in a speedy but accurate manner.

Experience within recruitment is not essential however you will need to be goal orientated and an excellent multi taker, happy to work in a fast paced environment having the drive to achieve your objectives whilst maintaining a high level of customer care. You will demonstrate outstanding communication and organisational skills and have a flexible approach to work.

Main Duties

Conduct telephone interviews and face to face interviews
Sourcing candidates from jobsites
Chase references
Attend recruitment days and job fairs
Establish different methods of attracting potential workers
Follow the candidates through the recruitment process ensuring accuracy of files and paperwork
File compliance

Skills and experience required:

Passion to meet and exceed targets
Clear communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Proficient use of IT
Be able to demonstrate organisational skills
Excellent telephone manner
Manage multiple tasks
Hold a full UK driving license with access to your own car
