Full Time - Permanent

Randstad CPE is working in partnership with a large Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services provider to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Maintenance operative/Multi trader. Having recently lost a member of staff due to internal promotion they need bolster and expand their maintenance team on a busy HMP Prison contract.

You will be a friendly, motivated, reliable and hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on commercial maintenance contracts. Further requirements include:

* Extensive knowledge of all general building trades
* Additional trades skills such as: basic plumbing for fabric repairs, painting and decorating and minor electrical skills an advantage.
* Experience working in a high-end client facing role
* All relevant commercial plumbing qualifications or long record of time-served
* Full valid UK driving licence
* previous security checks an advantage as this role will be in a high-security area.

As a multi trader on this contract, you will be part of a team of three who complete planned maintenance projects across a variety of buildings on a busy prison site. This role will also offer you:

* 40 hour working week
* Overtime
