Helpdesk Administrator - £21,000 - Leeds
My client, a leading local FM provider is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to work for them in West Leeds. (LS28) This is a full time permanent position.
Duties:
Taking calls from engineers & the client.
Allocating & updating reactive jobs on in house system
Allocating & updating reactive jobs on the clients system.
Issuing jobs to engineers via telephone and In house system.
Prioritising calls & allocating accordingly to an engineer.
Ensuring that jobs are allocated to an engineer with the correct skill set & who is in the appropriate location.Raising purchase orders for works.
Provide quotes / reports for clients.
Any ad hoc duties that are required.
Essential skills:
Previous building maintenance helpdesk experience is absolutely essential
Full training will be given to the right individual.
Must be I.T literate & be able to use spreadsheets,Microsoft packages & Outlook to a excellent standard.
Must have a great, professional telephone manner / organisation and the drive to succeed.
