Our client, a national construction company is looking to recruit an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager (office or home based).

Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for identifying and recommending target market sectors by monitoring marketing initiatives and generating and securing enquiries, developing and managing client relationships, completing pre-qualification submissions and tender deliverable documents in addition to assisting the Operations Director with ad hoc project work. Knowledge of the construction industry is essential together with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
