An accomplished Production Shift Manager, who has a proven track record from within the food manufacturing industry, is required for this leading food organisation who are seeking someone to join their already successful team and help support their continued growth.

Reporting into the Production Manager you will have full autonomy for the running of the shift responsible for a team of roughly 100 ensuring that the core KPIs of Service, Quality and Cost are hit daily. You will be a leader rather than a manager and have an open and engaging style and continually focus on the development of your team to ensure genuine succession planning.

As a leader in the Food Manufacturing industry my client embraces a culture of continuous improvement and is well versed in implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques. With this in mind they are looking for a like minded candidate who is able to make a significant difference to the shift.

To be considered for this role you will come from within a fast paced food manufacturing environment, and be an existing Production Shift Manager / Production Manager, or a rising star currently operating at Production Team Leader level that is ready for the next step in their career.

Opportunities exist on both Days and Nights Shifts.
