Smart M2M forms part of the Telecoms business unit, and supports new and existing Arqiva customers. As Service Level Manager reporting to our Head of Service Delivery, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the operational relationship with key clients and suppliers and to ensure that the services are delivered to meet or exceed contractual levels defined. Its an excellent opportunity to become involved in the design, implementation and operation of new services and business opportunities in smart and M2M connectivity markets. Managing stakeholders requirements and ensuring we provide the best possible solutions, youll also: Develop the SM service management strategy and roadmap Ensure existing Arqiva ITIL processes are integrated and delivered to meet M2M needs Be viewed as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for M2M and/or new third parties.With a proven track record in service management and service operation, ideally within a technical environment encompassing service acceptance, you have first-class, customer-facing service level performance experience, underpinned by a working knowledge of the entire ITIL lifecycle. Experienced in managing teams and/or external suppliers, you also have strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
