The Role

As a member of our team you will be selling our valuable HR and Health & Safety services to SMEs. As an incredibly varied role you will be liaising with a diverse selection of external prospective clients from the SME market.

Pursue sales through outbound calls & customer development to achieve sales calls targets.
Become fully conversant and expert with the entire Citation product range to confidently and knowledgably sell the best solution to the customer.
Introduce existing & new customers to the full product range.
Support all customer needs whenever in contact with them
Account manage a portfolio of clients

Outstanding people and communication skills with a desire to build relationships.
Understanding of a KPI driven sales environment and experience of working to a company strategy.
A proactive individual, flexible & focused, driven to provide excellent customer service.

Ability to handle pressure situations and manage stress
Excellent planning, organizational skills, and able to prioritize to meet deadlines.
