Parts Sales Manager - Glasgow Region

This is an opportunity for an individual with proven Business Development and Man Management skills who can translate this into this busy and successful Parts Operation.

My client are a large scale Commercial Vehicle Operation who operate in many countries, they are looking for an experienced Senior Parts professional who has significant experience in the Commercial Vehicle sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has Parts Sales experience, my client is a subsidiary of a large Vehicle Sales Company and they are looking to grow their Parts Trade Sales area in the Glasgow area.
The successful candidate MUST have had similar experience in a Parts environment, you will be responsible for Account Managing the existing client base, contacting dormant ones and generating new business, ideally you will be currently working for a similar company or a Trade Parts company.

This is an opportunity for an individual with the personality and Sales focus to drive the Business forward in the Parts area, someone who has a thorough understanding of how to build a distribution network so products on the shelf is kept to a minimum and also has a good understanding of budgetary control.
You will also be aware of your competitors using market intelligence, also you will be used to dealing with Parts Suppliers/ Manufacturers.
A part of the job will be to ensure that you can market both the company and the products in an way that will increase market penetration.
The successful individual must have a strong trade parts Network, be used to managing large scale teams and have a strong Aftersales background.
