Working in a small dynamic team interacting with both internal colleagues and external suppliers, your responsibilities will include setting up new UKWG suppliers, maintaining the integrity of supplier information, ensuring pricing control by updating prices on the relevant purchasing system and auditing data to identify purchase price variance. You will also support the Group Procurement team through activities such as generation of monthly reports, tracking key market indicators such as exchange rates and fuel prices, reviewing supplier reports to identify anomalies and trends and preparing and issuing supplier correspondence

You will have -

Significant administration experience ideally in either a finance or supply chain role
High attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and methodical approach
IT literate; high proficiency with excel and ideally experience of a purchasing system
Team player and able to work on own initiative and without constant supervision
